Returns

We are so confident you'll love your purchase from us that we offer a 14-Day no questions asked money-back guarantee. If 14 days have gone by since you've received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, please either contact us via the live-chat function using the facebook chat box bottom right of the screen or alternatively email me - shannon@aromarrr.co.nz

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. As long as your returns are in new unused condition and in the original packaging we will refund you the purchase price minus shipping costs. Your refund will be processed through the same method you made the original payment.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as without this we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
