How to Use Essential Oils

Essential Oil Diffuser: 2 - 3 drops per 100ml water
Facial steam: 1-2 drops to steaming water, place a towel over your head and the steam water, and breathe deeply
Bath: 5 - 10 drops to bath water and mix well
Skin: 5 drops of essential oil to 30ml carrier oil and massage onto skin
Also used in homemade skincare, potpourri, soaps, household cleaners, and candle supplies.

• Essential oils should not replace medical treatment.
• Essential oils should always be used cautiously as they can be highly potent.
• When using any kind of essential oil, it is important to dilute with a carrier oil and patch test the product on a small area of skin before first use.
